Our cancellation policy states that a $150 fee will be charged for no-show appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. This policy is in place to prevent blocked appointment slots that could have been utilized by other patients in need of our services.

How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment

To avoid the cancellation fee, please notify our office at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can reach us by phone or email to make the necessary changes. Your timely communication allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient.

Late Arrivals and Appointment Management
