Patient Portal Activation Tutorial

Step 1

Go to broadwaygynecology.com and click on “More” in the header and then “Patient Portal – Your Health File”

Step 2

Check your email for your temporary credentials.

Step 3

Click the orange “Activate Your Account” button and enter your temporary password from the email you received and enter your date of birth. Once you are finished, click “Activate Account”

Step 4

On the next screen, choose your desired username and password. These should be secure and will be used to log in to your portal.

Step 5

Next, with the username and password that you provided log in. Do not click “activate my account”.

Step 6

That’s it! Make sure your information is correct. If you’re appointment was recent, then you might have to wait some time for information to be filled in. You can fill it in yourself. If you are waiting for lab results, please allow up to 2 weeks for them to appear in your patient portal.

What are we doing?

  • Mandatory Tympanic Thermometer Checks.
  • Mandatory Masks ( If you don’t have a surgical/N-95 mask, one will be provided for you).
  • Cleaning of all equipment (including exam tables and lamps) with UV-light and Germicidal Wipe Downs after each patient encounter.
  • Mandatory pre-visit questionnaires and appropriate follow-up for high-risk patients.
  • Limiting visits and appointment slots to avoid overbooking.
  • Online visits for gynecology visits from your home.
  • Your safety is our number one priority – so we will continue to make sure that our offices are clean and our patients are screened.
  • High-risk patients (having traveled out of the country in the past 14 days, and/or symptoms of dry cough, shortness of breath, and fever – will be triaged to appropriate care as per CDC guidelines.
  • Our staff checks-in daily with a self-assessment screening. If they are at moderate-risk, we do not have them present at the time of your visit.
