Patient Portal Activation Tutorial

Step 1

Go to broadwaygynecology.com and click on “More” in the header and then “Patient Portal – Your Health File”

Step 2

Check your email for your temporary credentials.

Step 3

Click the orange “Activate Your Account” button and enter your temporary password from the email you received and enter your date of birth. Once you are finished, click “Activate Account”

Step 4

On the next screen, choose your desired username and password. These should be secure and will be used to log in to your portal.

Step 5

Next, with the username and password that you provided log in. Do not click “activate my account”.

Step 6

That’s it! Make sure your information is correct. If you’re appointment was recent, then you might have to wait some time for information to be filled in. You can fill it in yourself. If you are waiting for lab results, please allow up to 2 weeks for them to appear in your patient portal.
